At Berkowitz Furniture we are very proud to offer furniture of the highest quality – manufactured to excellent standards of craftsmanship. In rare circumstances, where the quality of manufacturing is not up to standard, through no fault of ours or the purchaser, we will endeavour to make good through the following Online Return Policy.

For all online orders, cancellations due to ‘change of mind’ are not refundable and cancellation fees will apply. We will provide full refunds in the instance where goods are faulty and cannot be replaced, which should be immediately verified with sales@berkowitz.com.au.
