Online Return Policy

At Berkowitz Furniture we are very proud to offer furniture of the highest quality – manufactured to excellent standards of craftsmanship. In rare circumstances, where the quality of manufacturing is not up to standard, through no fault of ours or the purchaser, we will endeavour to make good through the following Online Return Policy.

For any online order, cancellations due to ‘change of mind’ will be refunded as long as this is prior to being delivered to the consumer. For orders  that have been delivered we will accept returns back within 1 week of arrival (only for online orders), however, this is only the case assuming the goods are returned in the condition it arrived in. Any markings, scratchings or other damage will not be accepted back. For all returns, customers will have to pay 1.75% of the transactional purchase amount + 30c; as well as the original delivery fee (should it be picked up through the Berkowitz Furniture delivery team).
