Do Berkowitz Furniture offer Australian Made furniture?

Berkowitz Furniture have a history of manufacturing furniture in Australia that spans over 100 years. Today, we partner with trusted local manufacturers to provide Australian Made furniture to our customers.

What fabrics and leathers are available at Berkowitz?

At Berkowitz Furniture, we partner with Australia’s leading fabric houses to provide you with the best and most up to date selection of leathers and fabrics. We proudly partner with Warwick Fabrics, Zepel Fabrics, Mokum Fabrics, Charles Parsons fabrics, Profile fabrics and others. Our leather collection is also extensive with an excellent array of colour options.

Does Berkowitz Furniture offer custom made furniture?

The vast majority of the Berkowitz range can be customised to suit your space. Colour, covering size and shape can all be tailored specifically for you with the assistance of our expert staff

Payments

What payments does Berkowitz Furniture accept?

At store level, Berkowitz accept payments via VISA, American Express and Mastercard, as well as cash and direct deposit. Online options include major credit cards, Zip Pay and Afterpay.

Can I pay for my order on delivery?

All orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.

What deposit is required when placing an order?

A minimum 30% deposit is required when placing a pre- order. In stock goods must be paid for in full.

How do I make payments on my order?

Payments can be made by calling your Berkowitz store with a major credit card over the phone, or by bank transfer. We also accept payment in store via major credit card, direct deposit or cash.

Deliveries & Collections

Does Berkowitz Furniture deliver to my area?

Berkowitz deliver to all areas of metro Melbourne, Geelong, Adelaide and Sydney. We can also deliver to rural/remote locations and other locations Australia wide after obtaining a freight quote from our network of outside carriers. Please contact us for more information.

What are product lead times?

At Berkowitz, we keep best sellers in stock, and also custom make furniture to order. As such, delivery times vary. Please contact us or speak to one of our knowledgeable sales consultants in store to discuss lead times on your favourite items. Please note, once an order is placed, provided lead times are Berkowitz’ best approximation and are occasionally subject to delays out of our control.

Will be order arrive assembled?

In metro areas of Melbourne, Geelong, Sydney and Adelaide, Berkowitz offer a full removalist service, which includes assembly, placement of furniture in the home and rubbish removal. We also offer more economical “drop and go” deliveries, where goods will remain boxed and unassembled. Outside of these areas, assembly of goods can be subject to availability of a delivery partner.

Can I pick up my order?

Orders can be collected from our warehouses in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide if pre-arranged. Certain items may be able to be collected from your Berkowitz store at the discretion of staff.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is calculated both by the number of items in your order, and your location. Please contact us or speak to a staff member in store if you would like to obtain a delivery quote.

Faulty Goods

Berkowitz Furniture pride ourselves on exceptional after-sales care. In the unlikely event of a product fault, Berkowitz will provide a repair or replacement of said goods quickly and conveniently. To report a fault with your purchase, please contact the store of purchase. For online orders, please contact us.

Can I return my order for a refund if I change my mind?

Generally, Berkowitz do not offer returns or refunds for customers that have changed their mind. In the unlikely event of a product fault, Berkowitz will only provide a refund on goods that are not able to be replaced or repaired.

How do I care for my purchase?

Returns

At Berkowitz, we pride ourselves on excelling in customer service. If there appears to be a product fault within the warranty period, we will be more than happy to assist.

Once we are aware of the issue, one of our experienced and professional Berkowitz Furniture representatives will come to inspect and assess the issue. In the event where a failure has occurred, we will provide the option for the goods to be repaired or replaced.

To place a warranty claim, please call our Head Office or the showroom in which the goods were purchased.
