Yes, our trucks will deliver right across metro Melbourne and Geelong. If your home is further away, we can arrange an external carrier depending on your location.
Of course! We will inform you once the furniture is received into our warehouse and we will then endeavour to find a suitable day for delivery to your home.
Orders can be picked up from the Berkowitz Head Office / Warehouse at 79 Rushdale street Knoxfield. In some instances, pickups can also be arranged at the store in which the goods were purchased.
At Berkowitz Furniture, we do our best to keep as much stock on hand as possible. However, manufacturing times and delivery dates vary depending on the furniture supplier. Please contact one of our friendly sales consultants for more information about estimated delivery timelines.

Our standard delivery rate for metro deliveries is $90. However, costs can vary depending on the number of items and the home location. We recommend you contact your closest Berkowitz Furniture showroom if you would like to find out the exact cost.
At Berkowitz Furniture, we aim to offer a superior delivery service that will involve a full assembly of the product placed in the desired position of your home. We also remove any packaging that comes with the furniture. However, this service is only available with metro deliveries.
In this unfortunate instance, we will have to arrange another delivery date. You will incur a second delivery charge as our carriers are paid for each delivery.

All products that enter the warehouse are carefully assessed and then repackaged before the product is delivered.

You can pay for your furniture at any Berkowitz Furniture showroom, through direct debit payments, or with a credit card over the phone.
A minimum deposit of 25% is required.
Unfortunately, our drivers will not accept payment on delivery. Prior to delivery, all orders will need to be paid in full before your goods are delivered.
Cash, eftpos, Amex (extra 1.6%) and direct debit.
Once we are aware of the issue, one of our experienced and professional Berkowitz Furniture representatives will come to inspect and assess the issue. In the event where a failure has occurred, we will provide the option for the goods to be repaired or replaced.
