The purchase of a Garstone Design lounge suite is an investment in quality. Garstone Design has carefully chosen quality materials to ensure long product life. To protect your investment, proper care and maintenance routines should be established and the following particulars observed.
Cushioning and filling materials will gradually soften and flatten with normal use. Fluff and turn cushions to equalise wear. Fabric and particularly leather may develop comfort creases. This can be considered normal, but attention should be paid to heavy creasing which should be removed by adjusting the covers. Special attention should be given to the instructions on our leather care label. This is provided in our Warranty pack & attached to each piece of furniture.

Two experienced installation technicians that will deliver your fully assembled product. They will place the product exactly where the customer wants it desired and remove all associated packaging.
This is guaranteed on all Melbourne metro and Adelaide deliveries.
Homewares will be delivered by couriers from Australia Post.
Return + Refunds
For all online orders, cancellations due to ‘change of mind’ are not normally refundable. We will provide full refunds in the instance where goods are faulty and cannot be replaced, which should be immediately verified with firstname.lastname@example.org. The return process can take up to 7-10 days.
